All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be returned in unwashed and unworn condition with original tags attached.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. New Look does not accept any returns on swimwear or undergarments, including leggings.
All returns must be authorized by New Look prior to receiving the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are interested in returning an item, please send a return request to email@example.com and include the original order number and specific items you are interested in returning. Once your return request is accepted, please print the provided return authorization form and include it with your shipment.
Upon receipt of your return, we will credit the original payment method within 2 weeks. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not see your refund after receiving your email confirmation, please contact your bank or credit card issuer for assistance.
New Look reserves the right to deny refunds if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
